Steve's 1969 Camaro has a 383 c.i. small block that breaths through an Edelbrock 600 carburetor and sends power to the stock 10 bolt 3.08 rear end through a 200 R4 transmissions. It is clocked at 108 MPH in quarter mile. Steve has also upgraded to a Mallory ignition and straight exhaust. They power steering, drum brakes and interior are all original but the A/C is after market.

Steve has rebuit this 1969 Camaro as his daily driver. Steve became the second owner of his X-44 1969 Camaro when he purchased it in 1994 in Mathews, NC to replace his 1975 Camaro. He was only the second owner of that Camaro as well. Steve's 1969 Camaro was originally a 6 cylinder 2 speed. The blue paint is the original color but Steve added the stripes and the spoiler. Steve works on his 1969 Camaro each year and added new carpet in December 2006 and a new dashboard in Janurary 2007.

Steve is a member of the Carolina Camaro Association and regularly attends the AutoFairs at Lowe's Motor Speedway and the Carolina Camaro Association's Christmas Cruise.
