This 71 Demon was originally a Plum Crazy colored v6 model that Darren aquirred at least 10 years ago. He and his father have done most of the work on this 71 Demon. They have added a stock 383 with a 509 cam, 727 transmission, 8 3/4 rearend with 4.56 gears.
Darren's 71 Demon was at Pinks All Out in NJ and at Concord. He wanted to see the ZMax track so they brought the Dodge down to Concord, NC.
11.99 seconds is the best this 71 Demon did in NJ and Darren takes it to the tracks at English Town, OH, Maple Grove and all the Mopar meets he can make it to.
Darren's dad used to be a Chrysler mechanic during the hay days of the 60s and 70s.

nice car. how long have you had the car? with your opinion should i buy a 1970 chevelle ss with a 454 big block, aluminumn heading and dual exhaust? also i was thinking about having the car lime green with black pin stripes!?
Purple Car
Nice paint job for this car! Purple seems to be an unusual shade when it comes to a shiny paint job. The car seems to be in full power with its 383 engine, gonna need some nice Brake calipers to stop this car.
