dodge dart restoration

I just bought a 1970 dodge dart with a 318 v6 in it and an auto trans. the interior is in need of a total overhaul and the exterior has a index card sized rust hole in the bottom of the left rear quarter panel, as well as a rust pimple on the hood and some rust on the trunk lid and the button holes where the vinyl top used to be. it also has some cracks in the bondo where it was converted to a standard hardtop car.

I was just wondering if anyone knew about how much it would cost me to get the exterior re-done all rust free and painted or if i should just buy new quarter panels.

this is my first car i've ever worked on so any input is much appreciated
