1968 Plymouth Road Runner "BLUE THUNDER"

This is my 68 Plymouth Road Runner. It spent the majority of its life on the dusty race tracks of west Texas and made lots of road trips to surrounding race tracks during its life as a 10 second track warrior. I put it back as a nostalgia race car for the 2008 Good Guys show in Ft Worth and I’m in the process of making it street legal. It has a 1977 440 that is just a good pump gas motor, fuel cell in the trunk, Lakewood safety bell housing, 12 in clutch,  original 1968 A-833 4 speed and a Dana 60 with 538’s and a spool.
