I bought my 68 Firebird in 2005 as a rolling body with no paint. I finished it off in 2007. The body is all original, nothing modified. It is painted in Ford Shockwave blue. It has a black retro interior with Billet Specialties wheel, Auto meter gauges & B & M shifter being the only non original stuff. The engine is a 406 small block, 10.7 comp, comp cams hydraulic roller 242/248 @ 50, AFR 195 heads, RPM airgap intake, 830DP Holley, 4 into 1 headers with 2.5" Hooker Aerochambers, Turbo 400, 9.5" x 4000 stall, 12 bolt 3.73 posi, Richmond gears & Moser axles, Cal-tracks, Jegs subframe connectors, lowered 2" all round, disc brake front, 17 x 8 Billet Specialties Street Stars. On the chassis dyno it made 383RWHP & runs 11.4 @ 118mph.

Sweet bird!
I love how far your car has come from it's original state, you've done an excellent job. My '69 Firebird needs a lot of work too, and I hope it will come out as nice as yours. :-)
The blue paintjob really
The blue paintjob really makes the car shine! The rake of the car is perfect for its wheels and tyres. I wonder how much time it took to restore this car considering parts like windshield wiper motor is very hard to find.
